Project Engineer

Job Description
Responsibilities:
Strong experience in project execution and site management, especially in Swimming Pool and Landscape projects. Able to read engineering drawings, take-off quantities, and estimate required resources (Material, Manpower, and Equipment). Plan and organize manpower, labor, and materials using the company's resources and liaise with other departments, such as Operations and Purchasing, to execute projects independently. Reporting and Proper coordination with Project managers for resource allocations, executions, and Project monitoring. Monitor their progress and the progress of others by the agreed project schedule and issuing Notifications to PM where required. Should be able to manage consultants, contractors, vendors, and subcontractors independently. Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, building regulations, and good building practices
Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum of 2 years' Experience in UAE, and UAE driving license holders are most preferred. Wide Experience in the Construction of Swimming pools and Landscape work. Good knowledge of Auto Cad, MS Office.
