The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing project development, coordinating technical aspects, and ensuring successful project completion within scope, time, and budget. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to plan and execute construction projects efficiently. - Monitor project progress and report on milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. - Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers to resolve technical issues. - Review project designs and specifications to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. - Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including reports, schedules, and correspondence. - Conduct site inspections to assess workmanship, safety compliance, and progress. - Assist in procurement processes by reviewing technical bids and suppliers. - Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. - Support quality assurance by implementing relevant standards and procedures.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. - G+12 or G-unlimited certificate - able to manage 500+ employees - Proven experience as a Project Engineer in the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations in the UAE. - Excellent project management and organizational skills. - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. - Proficient in project management software and MS Office. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Knowledge of safety standards and practices in construction sites. - Fluency in English; proficiency and Arabic.
