Job Title:

Project Engineer - Fit Out Renovations

Location:

UAE (Must have a valid driving license and be available to travel within the UAE)

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage all fit-out works in line with project schedules. Supervise site works, ensuring that quality and standards are met. Carry out inspections and create reports to ensure quality and assist external parties. Implement QAQC processes. Manage project procurement. Oversee health and safety measures on site. Manage the engineering process, including drawing and sample controls. Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project.
Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in fit-out, with a preference for residential fit-out projects. Certified with SOE UAE
Skills and Competencies:

Strong knowledge of building standards, construction methodology and materials. Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written. Proven leadership and teamwork abilities. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with CAD and SketchUp is a plus but not essential.
Requirements:

Must have a valid UAE driving license. Willingness to travel within the UAE for project requirements.
