We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Project Engineer

to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate construction and maintenance projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and safety compliance. You will work closely with site teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth execution from planning through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise day-to-day site activities across multiple projects. Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contracts. Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and assist in scheduling. Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Support project managers in budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management. Conduct quality control inspections and resolve on-site issues promptly. Assist in preparing tender documents and procurement processes.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Project Engineer in construction, maintenance, or renovation projects. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in the construction/maintenance field. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety standards. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Valid UAE driving license is a must. PMP certification is a plus.

Pay: From AED7,000.00 per month
