The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our team in Dubai. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects within the aluminum, steel, manufacturing, and construction sectors. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in overseeing project development, ensuring technical excellence, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful outcomes on time and within budget. Responsibilities: - Plan and execute engineering projects from inception to completion within the aluminum, steel, glass, and construction industries. - Coordinate with architects, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and timelines are met. - Monitor project progress and resolve any technical challenges or delays promptly to maintain schedule adherence. - Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to guarantee compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. - Prepare and review technical documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications. - Manage project budgets, procurement processes, and resource allocation effectively to optimize operational efficiency. - Support continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices to enhance project outcomes and team performance.



Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related discipline. - Proven experience as a Project Engineer within the aluminum, steel, manufacturing, or construction industries. - Strong knowledge of project management principles, engineering design, and construction methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously. - Proficient in relevant software tools such as AutoCAD, MS Project, and engineering analysis software. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Fluency in English; additional language skills and familiarity with UAE construction codes and regulations are advantageous. - Ability to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. - Must have a valid UAE driver license.
