About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated

Project Engineer

with expertise in electrical panel design, PLC programming, and industrial automation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of electrical control systems, with a focus on customized panels and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop electrical control panels in compliance with industry standards and client specifications Program and troubleshoot PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, etc.) Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met Supervise panel assembly, wiring, and testing processes Conduct on-site installations, commissioning, and support Ensure all work complies with relevant safety and quality standards Maintain project documentation and provide technical reports

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field 2+ years of experience in electrical panel design and PLC programming Proficiency with PLC platforms such as Siemens, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi, etc. Strong understanding of electrical schematics and industrial automation systems Familiarity with HMI/SCADA integration is a plus Good project management and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Preferred:

Experience in industries such as manufacturing, water treatment, HVAC, or packaging Knowledge of VFDs, sensors, and industrial networking
