We are seeking an experienced Project Engineer to join our esteemed team in Dubai and spearhead the successful delivery of our prestigious residential and commercial projects.



As a Project Engineer specializing in luxury residential and commercial projects, you will assume a pivotal role in orchestrating all facets of project planning, execution, and completion. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be entrusted with ensuring that each project is executed seamlessly, adhering to stringent timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks while upholding unparalleled client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the entire project lifecycle, from conception to handover, meticulously overseeing project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

2. Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to formulate comprehensive project plans and schedules that align with ALTA VITA's uncompromising standards of excellence.

3. Champion and inspire project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation to drive optimal performance and productivity.

4. Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments to monitor construction progress, identify potential issues, and ensure strict adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.

5. Drive Health, Safety and Environmental Excellence at every level of the project cycle. Conduct regular HQSE Audits and breed continuous improvement through project team members, stakeholders and the wider organization.

6. Serve as the primary liaison between ALTA VITA and clients, maintaining open lines of communication, providing regular updates, and promptly addressing any concerns or inquiries.

7. Implement robust risk management strategies to identify, mitigate, and proactively address project risks, ensuring seamless project execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.

8. Prepare comprehensive project reports, encompassing progress updates, budget analyses, risk assessments, and other pertinent metrics, for senior management and stakeholders.

9. Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging insights gleaned from project evaluations and lessons learned to refine processes, optimize performance, and elevate project outcomes.

10. Remain abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics pertinent to luxury residential and commercial construction, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain ALTA VITA's competitive edge.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in project management, with a focus on luxury residential and commercial construction projects in Dubai or similar locales. Robust technical acumen encompassing construction methodologies, building codes, and regulatory standards. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to foster collaboration and influence stakeholders across multifunctional teams. Track record of successfully managing concurrent projects, delivering them within stipulated timelines and budgetary constraints. Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Primavera P6, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, or equivalent platforms. PMP or PRINCE2 certification would be advantageous. Fluency in English & Hindi is mandatory, with proficiency in Arabic considered a valuable asset.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
