Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management & Coordination:

- Oversee and manage multiple technical service projects from initiation to completion.

- Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

- Ensure compliance with architectural, safety, and regulatory standards in all projects.

- Prepare project plans, schedules, and reports to track progress and address challenges.

Customer Handling & Communication:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.

- Provide technical guidance and recommendations based on project requirements.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure customer expectations are met.

Technical & Quality Control:

- Review and secure DEWA & DM approve for designs, drawings, and technical specifications.

- Ensure the quality of work meets company and industry standards.

- Identify and resolve any technical or execution issues during the project.

Team & Labor Coordination:

- Supervise and coordinate with on-site labor teams to ensure efficient workflow.

- Assign and oversee tasks for technicians, workers, and subcontractors.

- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with local labor laws.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, architecture, or related technical services.

- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and UAE regulations.

- Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management tools is a plus.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- UAE driving license is preferred
