Project Engineer
Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Attending Kick off meeting and receiving IFC, NOC, POW, MSS & SOW from "Construction Manager".
2. Arrangement of the site workers access/gate passes with "Project Coordinator".
3. visiting the site project with "Technical Manager", to understand the marking & demarcation of the project as per "SOW".
4. Studying "Scope of work" (SOW) and issuing the long lead items requisition via email to "Operation Manager" and cc to "Construction Manager"
5. Oversee Multiple Landscape project quality and assign the construction task as per program of work "POW" to the site supervisor.
6. Coordinating with the MEP team and aligning the necessary requirements on the site.
7. Visiting to all the projects and providing the counseling to the site supervisor and foreman to applying multi-tasking approach to achieving the construction target in term of value under the given time frame.
8. Material Requisition (MR) sheets received from respective site supervisors, after reviewing from SOW, signed and upload into the allocated project groups for the procurement team.
9. Follow up material requisition
Requirements:
5 to 6 years of experience in the pool and landscape industry, preferably in a project/Civil Engineer role.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
Excellent communication skills
A valid UAE driver's license
is a must.G + 1 DM Approved Engineer
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
