JOB DESCIRPTION
Project Engineer Duties:
- Project manage the installation of filtration systems and thermal suites in wet leisure facilities / hotels / spas - Liaise with client representative to agree design / programme
- Supervise preparation of technical specification
- Preparation of Quality, Health & Safety Plans
- Procurement of materials - Management of on-site installation and commissioning labour
- Achieve project hand-over on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-years experience in the design of Pool filtration Systems, essential (not simply MEP).
- Represent our company at consultant design meetings and co-ordinate with design team
- Ability to manage design projects with to RIBA standard design stages
- Proficiency in written and spoken English, MUST
- Co-ordinating arrangement of design drawings, tender drawings, submission drawings, shop drawings and technical specifications
- Holder of Degree in Engineering or other relevant experiences.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD + BIM
- Coordinate with property management company, contractors, architects and designers
- Candidates are expected to be a team player as well as being able to work independently on tasks such as handling full set of drawings, project overview and material sourcing
- Other than engineering design / calculation, & also responsible for coordinating with subcontractors and liaising with clients, architects and consultants on all Mechanical & Electrical Engineering matters for building construction projects
- Travel needed on occasion
