Requirements
Role: The Project Engineer is responsible for leading Customer & Operational projects in compliance to Global Project Management standards. This includes (but not limited to) leading project team & execution of project management tasks e.g., Project Definition, Organization, Planning & Control, Communication with stake holders & Project documentation. - Defend company\xe2\x80\x99s interests by adhering to HOERBIGER Code of Conduct and Compliance Standards.
- Adhere to Safety procedures; ensure safe working environment for self and direct reports, if any.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Operations & Field Service teams during project acquisition phase, support preparations of techno-commercial proposal, participate in customer meetings for negotiations and follow up on project status.
- Prepare detailed planning of phases, activities & resources, costs, and risk/opportunity lists during project realization phase.
- Define project organization and assign tasks to relevant team members.
- Lead the Project team to ensure timeframes and customer requirements are met.
- Manage allocated resources and expenses to achieve contract completion within budget and time frame.
- Liaise with Sales Managers on billing plan & ensure final payments are received in accordance with project milestones.
- Conduct project review meetings on regular basis (adherence to project plan, margin check, escalation & emergency handling)
- Prepare final project documentation including case history & lessons learned.
What you should bring with you
- Graduate in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering from reputed institute / University
- 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar role
- PMP certified.
- Proficient with 3D modelling software (Preferably Autodesk Inventor)
- Good Oral / Written communication
- IT Knowledge (MS Office, SAP, or other ERP system)
- Strong Team Player
