Experienced Electrical Engineer having 4 years of experience and know authority requirements. Immediate joiner will be preferred. Company accommodation will be provided.
Expected Start Date: 10/09/2023
- Prepare progress reports for clients and management as per requirement.
- Must know manpower planning, and execution task planning
- Prepare work programs for every ongoing projects and Tracking
- Previous Day Planning Coordination for day to day site activities with Project Teams
- Must be proficient in report making on daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Observing existing processes, analyzing staff performance, and addressing deficiencies accordingly.
- Monitoring and tracking project progress, and ensuring projects competition dates according to the program .
- Attending and scheduling meetings as required.
- Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.
- Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.
- Co ordinate with project team for manpower & machinery requirement as per the site needs.
- Random site visit (not site office) matching with starting time, site activity and site rounds, Material auditing, Manpower auditing and share the report to the management.
- Has minimum 2 years of experience in UAE
- Following up for As-built drawing preparation / submission / completion of project with Project Team.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- High level of productivity.
- Computer literate.
- UAE driving license, open to travel within the gulf region
- Able to work independently with the support of the Scientific team, Strong interpersonal skills and High level of productivity
- Minimum of a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as an electrical engineer in construction field
- Familiarity with electrical systems and equipment
- Understanding of electrical engineering safety standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Working: As per project requirement
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
