Minimum 5 years in Fit-Out Industry (GCC experience preferred):
Manage and supervise interior fit-out projects (civil works) from start to finish. Review and coordinate drawings, material submittals, and shop drawings related to civil and structural fit-out works. Oversee site activities to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to project schedules. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers for smooth project execution. Prepare project progress reports, schedules, and cost monitoring documents. Ensure compliance with building codes, standards, and company policies. Support in procurement, variation claims, and project documentation.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in civil fit-out projects (Commercial, Retail, or Residential). GCC experience preferred. Strong knowledge of project management, quality standards, and safety regulations. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Job Types: Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per month
