Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring smooth Installation and commissioning processes for the dewatering system as per the approved method of statement within the deadlines of the project.

2. Planning, assigning, and managing with projects foremen the required manpower as per project requirement.

3. Identifies operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results.

4. Investigating complaints and suggestions by interviewing process supervisors and operators and completing troubleshooting procedures.

5. Ensuring smooth daily operations related activities and as per company standards, regulations, and polices.

6. Ensuring all operations related activities being performed within safe working environment as per company HSE policy and standards by following and enforcing standards and procedures complying with legal regulations.

7. Identifies operational priorities and determining project objectives, such as, efficiency, cost savings, energy conservation, operator convenience, safety, environmental quality; and estimating relevance, time, and costs.

8. Assist in generating materials requisitions as per projects actual requirement.

9. Ensuring the generation and submission of the required operations reports.

10. Ensuring close coordination and communication with client in order to achieve project goals and objectives.

11. Maintaining high coordination and communication with projects teams to achieve the optimum performance of daily operations.

12. Verifying manpower time sheets generated by site in-charge/foreman.

13. Maintaining smooth operation for company equipment's at site by ensuring preventive maintenance being performed as per the schedules.

14. Implementing cost effective operations for the projects.

15. Develop corrective action to solve daily operations problems.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related technical field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in dewatering operations. Proven experience in installation, commissioning, and operational management of dewatering systems. Strong understanding of dewatering equipment, installation procedures, and project commissioning
