Job Description

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure timely project execution Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure alignment with project specifications and timelines Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications and BOQs Monitor project progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and highlight potential delays or risks Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards and quality control procedures Support procurement by preparing material submittals, tracking deliveries and verifying site requirements Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, consultants and authorities for inspections and approvals Supervise site engineers, foremen and subcontractors to ensure productivity and adherence to plans Assist in cost control, variation orders and project documentation Implement and monitor HSE policies and ensure all site activities are conducted safely

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering 5 to 8 years of experience, with at least 2 years in the Dubai construction industry Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations, authority approvals (DM, DDA) Preferred with Buildings and Villas working experience Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience with DEWA, RTA, or other local authority submissions is an advantage UAE driving license preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
