who is ready to be mentored by the Senior Project Manager in fuel projects from design through execution.

Are happy to work full time in Abu Dhabi office. Have solid experience in aviation fuel infrastructure projects (design & execution). Possess strong knowledge of international codes, standards, and compliance. Have proven project management and team leadership skills. Are an excellent verbal & written communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Main Purpose of Role:

The role is accountable for the project delivery, Project Performance and commercial success by managing all project activities and resources while ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in Engineering discipline or equivalent - (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical, or related) Project Management Professional certification is preferred Mechanical engineering background preferable

Knowledge / Experience (Skills):

Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Project Management roles (Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, Project Manager, Project Engineering Manager) Must have at least 5 years' experience in aviation related fuel projects, including design, specification, applicable codes/standards, and engineering management for aviation fuel infrastructure (fuel storage and hydrant systems). Must possess strong English communication skills (both verbal and written). Must possess a working knowledge of aviation industry standards including, but not limited to, NFPA, EI/JIG, ICAO, and API standards. Project Integration Management: Able to proactively manage the scope of the Project entire life cycle. Schedule Management: Manage and determine the overall Project duration and planning for activities and events. Estimation of activities duration, considering requirements and resources availability. Contract Management: Should have understanding of key contract elements in design consultancy contracts and capability to manage contract with the client. Quality Management: Ensure the project deliverable meet the required needs of the stakeholders by developing and monitoring a quality management plan Budget & Cost Management: Should have the ability to develop and agree budgets for the project and change initiatives, and to control forecast and actual costs against the budgets Conflict Management: Should have ability to resolves conflicting information and the different priorities of key stakeholders to inform effective decision-making.
