Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Project Engineer - Architect

to support architectural project delivery across all stages -- from concept to construction. The ideal candidate will work closely with design teams, consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure quality, design intent, and timely execution of architectural packages.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate architectural works between design consultants, contractors, and site teams. Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material submittals for compliance with design and standards. Monitor site execution to ensure alignment with approved architectural plans and specifications. Collaborate with civil, MEP, and structural engineers to resolve design conflicts and ensure integration across disciplines. Support preparation of project documentation, RFIs, method statements, and progress reports. Attend coordination meetings and assist in client and consultant interface. Conduct site inspections for quality, finishing, and adherence to architectural details. Track progress against project timelines and flag delays or issues to project managers.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized university.

4-7 years of architectural project engineering experience

, preferably in medium to large-scale commercial or residential projects. Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, finishes, and construction techniques. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and MS Office; knowledge of BIM coordination is a plus. Good understanding of local building codes, standards, and regulations. Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in high-rise or hospitality developments. Familiarity with sustainable design principles (LEED or local equivalents). Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and international consultants
