Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Project Engineer - Aluminum & Facade

to manage and deliver facade projects in Doha. The ideal candidate will oversee technical coordination, project execution, quality control, and ensure on-time delivery in compliance with client requirements and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute facade and aluminum projects from design to completion. Review project drawings, specifications, and contracts to ensure technical compliance. Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and suppliers for smooth execution. Supervise site activities, ensuring correct installation of facade systems (curtain walls, cladding, glazing, louvers, skylights, etc.). Monitor project schedules, progress, and ensure timely handover. Prepare/review shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Conduct inspections, maintain quality standards, and resolve technical/site issues. Manage project budgets and assist procurement with facade material selection. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations. Provide technical support and guidance to site teams.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Architecture.

5-8 years of experience

in aluminum and facade projects (Qatar/GCC experience preferred). Strong knowledge of facade systems: unitized, stick curtain wall, ACP cladding, structural glazing, skylights, louvers, and canopies. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools (Primavera/MS Project preferred). Excellent knowledge of facade materials, installation techniques, and QA/QC procedures. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Must have an active Qatar Driving License.

Familiarity with Qatar construction laws, local codes, and international facade standards.
