Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient

Project Engineer - Aluminum & Facade

to oversee the execution of facade and aluminum works across various project sites in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong engineering knowledge, excellent site supervision skills, and a commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. A valid Qatar driving license is mandatory due to frequent site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Manage full-cycle execution of facade and aluminum projects from planning to handover. Ensure projects comply with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Technical Expertise:

Provide technical guidance on system design, material selection, and installation methods. Troubleshoot and resolve engineering and construction issues promptly.

Site Supervision:

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety and quality. Proactively address technical and coordination challenges on-site.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

Work closely with design, procurement, planning, and project management teams to ensure seamless execution. Align execution with shop drawings, submittals, and client specifications.

Client Communication:

Serve as the primary contact for clients and contractors regarding project updates and concerns. Attend meetings and manage client expectations professionally.

Procurement Oversight:

Review and verify material requirements; ensure timely procurement and delivery. Confirm material quality and compliance with specifications.

Compliance & Documentation:

Prepare technical submittals, change orders, and progress reports. Ensure all work complies with Qatar building codes, regulations, and international facade standards.

Risk & Safety Management:

Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures. Enforce strict adherence to safety policies and legal regulations on-site.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field. 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in facade and aluminum project execution. Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory). Strong knowledge of facade systems, aluminum profiles, glass components, brackets, and installation techniques. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and project scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Familiarity with Qatar construction codes and international facade industry standards.
