Job Overview

We are seeking a

proactive and technically skilled Project Engineer

with a strong background in

aluminum and facade systems

to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of facade projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards. A valid

Qatar driving license

is essential for site supervision and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily site operations for aluminum and facade works across multiple project locations. Review architectural and structural drawings to ensure clarity, constructability, and technical compliance. Monitor project timelines and ensure adherence to construction schedules. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to resolve technical and execution challenges. Supervise on-site installations, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and quality standards. Assist in the preparation and timely submission of shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Collaborate with design, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely approvals and material delivery. Conduct regular site inspections and prepare project progress reports for management. Ensure all works comply with Qatar's construction regulations, safety protocols, and client specifications. Support project close-out activities including snagging, final inspections, and handover documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

Experience

Minimum of

5-6 years

of hands-on experience in

Qatar's aluminum and facade industry

.

Technical Expertise

In-depth knowledge of curtain wall systems, aluminum cladding, structural glazing, aluminum profiles, and facade installation methods. Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and technical drawings.

Skills

Strong communication, coordination, and analytical skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

License

Valid Qatar Driving License
