We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled
Project Engineer
with proven expertise in
aluminum and facade systems
to join our team in
Qatar
. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of facade projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with quality and safety standards. A
valid Qatar Driving License
is mandatory for site supervision and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day site operations for aluminum and facade projects across various locations.
Review architectural and structural drawings to ensure technical compliance and clarity.
Track project progress against timelines and ensure adherence to construction schedules.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to resolve technical issues.
Supervise on-site installation to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety, and quality standards.
Assist in the preparation and submission of
shop drawings
,
material submittals
, and
method statements
.
Collaborate with the
design
,
procurement
, and
production
teams for timely approvals and deliveries.
Conduct routine site inspections and generate project progress reports for senior management.
Ensure all work is executed in accordance with
Qatar construction laws
,
safety protocols
, and
project requirements
.
Support project close-out activities including snagging, final inspections, and handover documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
: Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
,
Mechanical Engineering
, or a related technical field.
Experience
: Minimum
5- 6 years
of relevant experience in
Qatar's aluminum and facade industry
.
Technical Expertise
:
Strong knowledge of
curtain walls
,
cladding systems
,
glazing
,
aluminum profiles
, and facade installation methods.
Ability to interpret and work with
architectural/structural drawings
and
technical documentation
.
Skills
:
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD
,
MS Project
, and
Microsoft Office Suite
.
License
:
Valid Qatar Driving License
is
mandatory
.
