We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled
Project Engineer - Aluminum & Facade
to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in facade systems, aluminum structures, and full-cycle project management. A valid Qatar driving license is essential due to the need for regular site supervision and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Oversee the full lifecycle of facade and aluminum projects--from initiation and planning through execution, delivery, and closeout--ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Technical Expertise:
Guide system design, material specification, and structural detailing; evaluate feasibility and resolve technical challenges.
Site Supervision:
Conduct routine site inspections to track progress, identify risks, resolve on-site technical issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Liaise with internal departments including design, procurement, and project management for smooth project execution.
Client Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and contractors; provide regular project updates and respond promptly to concerns.
Procurement Oversight:
Manage procurement activities for facade materials--ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant sourcing.
Compliance & Documentation:
Prepare technical submittals, change orders, material approvals, and progress reports; ensure full compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
Risk & Safety Management:
Identify potential risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies; ensure all project activities meet health and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
,
Architectural Engineering
, or a related discipline.
3-5 years
of proven experience in
aluminum and facade project engineering
.
Valid Qatar Driving License
is
mandatory
.
Solid knowledge of facade systems, aluminum components, materials, and installation methods.
Proficient in
AutoCAD
,
Revit
, and project scheduling tools such as
Primavera
or
MS Project
.
Familiarity with Qatar's local construction codes and international facade standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
