We are seeking an experienced and technically skilled
Project Engineer - Aluminum & Facade
to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in facade systems, aluminum structures, and full-cycle project management. A valid Qatar driving license is essential, as the role requires regular site supervision and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
Manage facade and aluminum projects from initiation to closeout, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and quality-compliant delivery.
Technical Expertise
Review and guide system designs, material selections, and structural detailing.
Resolve technical challenges and ensure feasibility during all project phases.
Site Supervision
Conduct regular site inspections to track progress, monitor compliance, and address technical issues.
Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality standards.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams such as design, procurement, and senior project management to support project execution.
Client Communication
Act as the main point of contact for clients and contractors, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Procurement Oversight
Coordinate procurement of materials, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with specifications and budget.
Compliance & Documentation
Prepare technical submittals, RFIs, variation orders, and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with Qatar construction regulations and international facade standards.
Risk & Safety Management
Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Uphold health and safety protocols across all project phases.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field
3-5 years of proven experience in facade and aluminum project engineering
Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory
Strong understanding of aluminum systems, curtain walls, glazing, cladding, and installation techniques
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and project scheduling tools (Primavera, MS Project)
Knowledge of Qatar's local construction codes and relevant international facade standards

Pay: QAR5,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
