. The successful candidate will play a key role in the execution and delivery of facade projects, ensuring technical excellence, quality compliance, and timely project completion in line with client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives
Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to determine appropriate facade systems and solutions
Develop design proposals including schematic drawings, technical specifications, and material selections
Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution from design to handover
Oversee preparation of shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation details
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards
Provide technical support and guidance to site and installation teams during execution
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to achieve project milestones
Act as a technical liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Review RFIs, technical submittals, and design changes
Stay updated on facade engineering trends, materials, testing requirements, and industry best practices
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related discipline
(Master's degree is an advantage)
3-7 years of experience
in facade engineering with exposure to design, fabrication, and site execution
Strong knowledge of aluminum facade systems, curtain walls, cladding, glazing, and facade accessories
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, BIM/Revit
, and other relevant engineering software
Good understanding of
UAE building codes, authority requirements, and international facade standards
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines
Experience with sustainable facade systems and green building practices is an added advantage
Willingness to attend site visits and coordination meetings as required

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
