We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled
Project Engineer
with expertise in
aluminum and facade systems
to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will oversee planning, coordination, and execution of facade projects--ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. A
valid UAE Driving License
is required for site supervision and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily site operations for aluminum and facade works across multiple project locations.
Review architectural and structural drawings for clarity, constructability, and compliance with project specifications.
Monitor construction schedules and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to resolve technical and execution challenges.
Supervise on-site installations, ensuring compliance with design, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Assist in preparing and submitting
shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
.
Collaborate with design, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely approvals and material deliveries.
Conduct site inspections and prepare progress reports for management.
Ensure compliance with
UAE construction regulations, safety standards, and client requirements
.
Support project close-out activities including snagging, final inspections, and handover documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Experience:
Minimum
5-6 years of hands-on experience
in UAE aluminum and facade projects.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of curtain wall systems, aluminum cladding, structural glazing, profiles, and facade installation methods.
Skills:
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, MS Project, and Microsoft Office
(Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
License:
Valid
UAE Driving License
(mandatory).

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
