specializing in facade systems to join our team in Qatar. The successful candidate will play a key role in executing facade projects, ensuring high-quality delivery that meets client requirements, timelines, and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand project objectives and technical requirements.
Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to recommend suitable facade systems.
Prepare detailed design proposals, including schematic drawings, specifications, and material selections.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth execution from concept through completion.
Oversee preparation of construction documents, such as shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and installation instructions.
Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Provide technical guidance and support to installation teams during execution.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to meet milestones and deliverables.
Serve as the technical liaison between clients, consultants, and contractors, addressing queries and providing solutions.
Stay current with industry trends, innovations, and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
Experience:
Proven experience in facade engineering, covering design, analysis, and execution of facade systems.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in CAD software, BIM, and relevant engineering tools.
Knowledge:
Strong understanding of facade systems, local building codes, regulations, and industry standards in Qatar.
Project Management:
Ability to manage timelines, budgets, and risks effectively.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Additional:
Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building certification programs is a plus.
Mobility:
Flexibility to travel for site visits and project meetings as required.
