to join our dynamic team in Qatar. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing and executing facade projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions aligned with client requirements and industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to understand and interpret project objectives and technical requirements.
Conduct feasibility studies and technical assessments to determine appropriate facade systems and design approaches.
Prepare detailed design proposals, including schematic layouts, technical specifications, and material selections.
Coordinate effectively with internal departments (design, procurement, project execution) and external stakeholders.
Oversee the development of construction documents, such as shop drawings, fabrication details, and installation manuals.
Conduct on-site inspections to monitor installation progress, identify challenges, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Provide hands-on technical support to site teams during installation and commissioning phases.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and manpower resources to meet contractual obligations and project milestones.
Serve as the technical point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors; respond to RFIs and resolve queries.
Stay informed about industry developments, new technologies, and sustainable practices to support continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline (Master's degree is a plus).
Proven experience in facade engineering, covering the full lifecycle from design to installation.
Proficiency in CAD tools, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and engineering analysis software.
Strong understanding of facade systems including curtain walls, cladding, aluminum, and glazing technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
Solid project management skills with a proactive approach to scheduling, budgeting, and issue resolution.
Familiarity with Qatar building codes, regulatory frameworks, and construction standards.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building certification programs (e.g., LEED) is an advantage.
Flexibility to travel for site inspections and client meetings as required.
