We are seeking a highly experienced and technically competent
Project Engineer - Aluminum & Facade
to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in aluminum and facade systems and be capable of managing projects from planning through execution and handover, ensuring strict compliance with approved designs, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all on-site aluminum and facade works to ensure smooth project execution.
Review shop drawings, technical submissions, and material specifications for accuracy and constructability.
Coordinate closely with consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, and material requirements.
Ensure full compliance with project specifications, quality control procedures, and HSE standards.
Prepare and submit progress reports, inspection requests (IRs), method statements, and as-built documentation.
Identify, analyze, and resolve technical, design, and site-related issues efficiently.
Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover activities.
of proven experience in aluminum and facade projects, preferably in the KSA or GCC region.
Hands-on experience in project execution, site coordination, fabrication, and installation processes.
Skills & Competencies
Strong technical knowledge of facade systems, aluminum profiles, glazing, and installation methodologies.
Excellent coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet strict deadlines.
Proficient in reading construction drawings and technical documents.
Valid Saudi Driving License is mandatory.
