The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in aluminum, glazing, and facade systems, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. The role requires close coordination with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage aluminum and facade projects from design development through installation and completion.
Review, interpret, and coordinate technical drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and method statements.
Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement, and production teams to meet project requirements.
Supervise on-site facade installation activities, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and schedule targets.
Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and site documentation.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors for technical submissions, approvals, inspections, and handovers.
Conduct material inspections and ensure compliance with approved samples and project specifications.
Identify technical issues, propose solutions, and support timely project execution.
Assist the Project Manager in cost control, material planning, and manpower allocation.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
, or a related discipline.
4-6 years
of proven experience in aluminum, glazing, or facade contracting projects.
Strong technical knowledge of
curtain wall, cladding, and glass facade systems
.
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera, and MS Office
.
Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Transferable Iqama
preferred for candidates currently in Saudi Arabia.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working on
high-rise or commercial facade projects
in KSA.
Familiarity with
Saudi building codes, local suppliers, and facade materials
.
Valid
Saudi driving license
.
