is seeking a dynamic and experiencedProject Engineer
to join our growing team and take the lead in overseeing our luxury residential and villa projects.Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute residential/villa construction projects from start to finish. Review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with design intent and project standards. Manage site activities, contractor supervision, and ensure timely progress as per project schedule. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to meet safety and building codes. Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders to streamline project execution. Prepare progress reports, site logs, and handle project documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 5-7 years of hands-on experience in residential or villa construction. Strong understanding of structural, architectural, and MEP aspects of villa projects. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and construction management software. Excellent project coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
