Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with project managers, clients, consultants, and contractors to define project scope, objectives, and schedules. Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular status reports highlighting achievements, risks, and corrective actions. Review and verify contractor and consultant payment applications and ensure compliance with project contracts. Maintain effective communication with clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and address queries. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals, schedule compliance, and resource optimization. Maintain organized project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, change requests, and meeting records. Identify and mitigate project risks proactively to ensure successful delivery and quality outcomes. Conduct inspections to verify compliance with contractual, technical, and quality standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in post-project reviews to implement best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering (4+ year program). Minimum 5 years of experience in project coordination or as a resident engineer within a consulting or contracting firm. Proven experience supporting project managers across multiple project phases. Strong knowledge of construction best practices, UAE regulations, and project documentation standards. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Primavera, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
