Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee project execution from design through construction, ensuring alignment with ADDC, Estidama, and TAQA requirements.
Review and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with relevant authority regulations.
Coordinate with regulatory bodies such as ADDC, ADM, Estidama, and TAQA to obtain necessary NOCs, approvals, and permits.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely project delivery and quality standards.
Prepare and submit technical documentation, method statements, and progress reports as required by stakeholders.
Ensure Estidama sustainability standards are integrated throughout the design and construction process, including compliance with Pearl Rating System requirements.
Support utility design coordination, load applications, and infrastructure planning in line with ADDC and TAQA guidelines.
Attend meetings with clients, stakeholders, and authorities to present project updates, resolve issues, and align on deliverables.
Identify potential risks and propose mitigation strategies to minimize project delays or non-compliance issues.
Assist in the procurement of materials and services while ensuring compatibility with authority specifications and sustainability goals.
