Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

5-7 years of proven experience

in project engineering or construction management. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards. Proven track record in

high-rise buildings, infrastructure, and large-scale developments

. Proficient in project management software and tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality standards. Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Monitor progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions where necessary. Review contract documents and manage contractual obligations. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
