Project Engineer

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and supervise
project execution
from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Managecontract administration
, including review of technical and commercial terms, variations, and progress claims. Liaise withclients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
to ensure smooth project operations. Prepare and reviewproject schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans
. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective measures. Ensure compliance withsafety, quality, and environmental standards
. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on project status. Support procurement and vendor management activities related to project requirements. Lead and mentor site engineers and technical staff to achieve project goals.Experience:
8-10 years
of overall experience inproject and contract management
. Minimum5 years in a senior position
overseeing project execution and work control.Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong understanding of
mechanical/electrical systems and construction processes
. Excellentproject planning, coordination, and leadership skills
. Proficiency inAutoCAD, MS Project, and other project management tools
. Stronganalytical and problem-solving abilities
. Effectivecommunication and negotiation skills
. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
.Certification in Project Management
