We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented

Project Engineer

to join our dynamic construction team in

Abu Dhabi

. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of solid experience in managing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, compliance with quality standards, and alignment with project budgets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and oversee construction activities and project execution from inception to completion. Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure project milestones are met. Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documents. Monitor site progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. Provide technical support and resolve site issues in a timely manner. Assist in procurement and materials management as per project requirements. Track project costs and support the Project Manager in budget control. Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets design and client specifications. Participate in client and stakeholder meetings as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 6-8 years of relevant experience in construction project engineering (UAE experience preferred). Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations in the UAE. Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred:

UAE Driving License. Familiarity with Abu Dhabi Municipality standards and documentation. Membership in a recognized engineering body (e.g., SOE, UAE Society of Engineers).
