Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing engineering projects from initiation to completion
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project components
Track project progress and maintain documentation such as schedules, reports, and meeting minutes
Prepare technical and commercial documentation, drawings, and reports as required
Support site execution, inspections, and quality checks in coordination with project/site engineers
Identify and resolve project issues and communicate project status and updates to stakeholders
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
1-2 years of experience
in project execution, coordination, or engineering roles
Basic understanding of project management principles and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Excel)
Knowledge of engineering drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel to project sites as required
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to AutoCAD or similar design/drafting software
Familiarity with construction or industrial project environments
Experience working with ERP or project tracking systems
