Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Oversee HVAC and plumbing installations at the site, ensuring adherence to design specifications. Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of chillers, pumps, air distribution systems, piping, and plumbing networks. Identify and troubleshoot site-related technical issues, ensuring timely resolution. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure smooth execution. Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports and inspection records.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
5 - 7 years experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Design & Site Execution in the UAE
Hands-on experience in AutoCAD, Revit, HAP (Hourly Analysis Program), and MS Excel or relevant Software packages.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
