Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Coordination
:
Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
Ensure clear communication of project objectives, scope, and deliverables to all stakeholders.
Progress Monitoring & Risk Management
:
Monitor project progress and make adjustments to timelines and resources as necessary to ensure successful delivery.
Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to avoid delays or disruptions.
Stakeholder Management
:
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Support & Guidance
:
Provide technical expertise and support across all project phases, ensuring adherence to engineering standards, regulations, and quality requirements.
Review engineering designs, specifications, and drawings to ensure feasibility, accuracy, and compliance.
Collaboration & Problem Solving
:
Collaborate closely with design, construction, and operations teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize performance.
Lead project teams by fostering a collaborative, efficient, and results-driven work environment.
Team Leadership & Communication

Lead regular team meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.
Foster an open line of communication to ensure team members are aligned and informed on project status.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
:
Implement and maintain quality assurance processes to monitor project deliverables and ensure they meet required standards.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.
Budget & Financial Management
:
Prepare detailed financial reports, including regular budget updates and financial forecasts, to ensure project profitability and viability.
Monitor project expenditures, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure financial targets are met.
Client Feedback & Improvement
:
Gather feedback from clients regularly to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance overall satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualification
: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering.
Experience
: 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in managing large-scale civil engineering projects.
Previous Experience
: Must have experience working on
ADNOC (Onshore/Offshore)
projects.
Certifications
:
ADNOC Job Performer
or
Performing Authority
certification required.
