Proactively resolves performance, scope and schedule issues with the Client as they arise. Identifies, documents, communicates and meets the client's requirements 2. Scope Management

Compliance with Worley Project Management Standard. Compliance with requirements of the contract. Effective change control process application 3. Time Management

Contributes to the development of overall project schedule. Supervises work in accordance with the approved schedule General Accountabilities:

Knowledge / Experience / Competencies Required

Job Specific Knowledge: project engineering experience on smaller projects with associated commercial and contractual experience Proven ability to coordinate small multi-discipline teams Industry Specific Experience: Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training: : Bachelor degree in Engineering HSE Capability : Demonstrates awareness of health, safety & environment issues; takes action to ensure zero harm to all people and assets and zero environmental incidents. Maintains HSE focus within the team to ensure OHSE requirements included in design and procurement People Skills : Demonstrates ability to co-ordinate a range of disciplines and provide competent supervision Proven ability to obtain client confidence in project engineering supervisory skills. Other : Copes well with and responds appropriately to challenge and change
