Project Director - Onshore
Lead the execution of a large-scale onshore Oil & Gas project. This role is critical for driving field operations, ensuring project delivery excellence and managing the entire project from start to finish. Qualifications
BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related discipline); MasteraEUR(TM)s degree/MBA desired. Minimum 25 years of total professional experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects. At least 10 years in senior project leadership roles, with minimum 5 years as Project Director on large-scale EPC projects. Must currently be employed as a Project Director managing projects valued at USD 1 billion or above. Demonstrated success with major EPC companies, handling complex onshore oil & gas projects (such as refineries, LNG, RLNG, and gas processing). Deep exposure to Gulf EPC projects, with experience in ADNOC or relatable projects/companies. Experience in RLNG / LNG plant developments is essential. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Familiarity with EPC contract models including LSTK, EPCM, etc. Ability to lead multicultural teams and manage international stakeholders. Seniority Level
