Project Director/ 2 Billion AED Construction Value / 3 Year Program
Reporting directly into the General Manager for the P&L of this major Mixed Use in Dubai.
Our client is VERY, VERY clear what they want and there is no budging on expectations and demands
You will have delivered a 2 Billion AED Project for a Tier 1 in the UAE. They will not entertain someone that sat above the PD or under you must have been the Project Director ultimately leading the team on site.
You will understand the design changes, people management , politics and program issues that come on a major project. You will of walked this path and have the right energy and desire to complete this race for our client!
The 2 Billion AED project Must be a Building Project within the following sectors \xe2\x80\x93 Tourism, Healthcare , Residential , Hospitality or Retail.
