Job Title: Project Director : Interior Fit-Out (Dubai, UAE)

We are a reputed and fast-growing interior fit-out company in Dubai, delivering high-end commercial, retail, hospitality, and residential projects. With a strong portfolio and a commitment to excellence, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Director to lead and oversee our project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic leadership and direction to multiple fit-out projects from inception to completion.

Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and execution.

Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, site teams, and subcontractors.

Develop strong relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.

Review and approve project plans, technical submittals, and progress reports.

Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 12-15 years of experience in the UAE fit-out industry, with at least 5 years in a senior management or director-level role.

Proven track record of handling large-scale, high-end fit-out projects.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent technical knowledge of fit-out works, finishes, materials, and local regulations.

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
