We are seeking an experienced Project Director to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high-end construction projects, including residential villas and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with quality, budget, and timeline constraints while leading multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership & Project Oversight:

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design, budget, and schedule.
• Develop and implement project strategies, risk management plans, and mitigation measures.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Stakeholder & Client Management:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and government authorities.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and report to senior management and clients.

Team & Resource Management:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Optimize resource allocation (manpower, materials, equipment) to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure all teams adhere to quality standards and best practices.

Budget & Cost Control:

• Oversee project budgets, financial forecasting, and cost control measures.
• Monitor expenditures, approve invoices, and ensure cost-effective project execution.
• Identify and resolve financial discrepancies to avoid budget overruns.
