We are seeking an experienced

Project Director (Civil)

to lead the delivery of high-rise and luxury villa projects for a well-established client in the UAE. The ideal candidate should bring in-depth technical knowledge, strong leadership, and extensive project management expertise in large-scale civil construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise buildings and villa developments Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards Lead project managers, engineers, and site teams across multiple locations Coordinate with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities Review project documentation, schedules, budgets, and progress reports Implement best practices in safety, quality control, and cost management Drive risk management, contract administration, and resource planning

Requirements:

20 to 25 years of experience in civil construction, including high-rise buildings and villa projects Strong background in project planning, cost control, and stakeholder management Degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master's degree is a plus Proven track record of leading large teams and delivering complex projects UAE experience highly preferred Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
