We are seeking an experienced Project Director with an architectural background to lead and manage large-scale, high-profile projects for our client in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects within budget and on time.
Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all phases of project development, from initial concept to completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project goals and timelines are met.
Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring high-quality architectural standards.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and timely project delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural project management.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Extensive experience in large-scale projects within the Middle East, preferably Dubai.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, project budgeting, and scheduling.
