Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned and visionary

Project Director

to lead and manage complex construction projects including

high-rise towers

,

luxury villa developments

, and

commercial buildings

across the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of

15 years of progressive experience

, strong leadership, deep technical knowledge, and hands-on familiarity with the UAE construction industry, codes, and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Project Oversight

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple building projects including

high-rise residential and commercial towers

,

villas

, and

mixed-use developments

. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with client and business objectives.

Leadership & Team Management

Provide overall leadership to cross-functional teams including project managers, engineers, safety personnel, subcontractors, and support staff. Foster a high-performance culture with focus on collaboration, accountability, and excellence.

Project Execution & Control

Monitor progress against master schedules, budgets, and milestone targets. Ensure all project phases meet quality, safety, and performance benchmarks.

Client & Stakeholder Management

Serve as the

main point of contact

for clients, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders. Lead regular coordination meetings and ensure transparency and satisfaction across all parties.

Budgeting & Commercial Oversight

Take full ownership of project budgets, cost controls, and forecasting. Manage contracts, variations, claims, and ensure profitability for each project.

Regulatory & Quality Compliance

Ensure adherence to all

UAE construction laws

,

municipal approvals

,

EHS standards

, and

quality control systems

. Coordinate with government entities such as Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, DEWA, RERA, etc.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

,

Construction Management

, or a related discipline (Master's is a plus). Minimum

15 years of experience

in the construction industry, with

at least 6-8 years in the UAE

managing large-scale projects. Proven experience delivering

high-rise

,

villa

, and

commercial projects

from pre-construction to final handover. In-depth knowledge of UAE construction regulations, approval processes, safety standards, and market dynamics.

Technical Skills:

Strong command of project management tools:

Primavera P6

,

MS Project

,

AutoCAD

, and ERP systems. Familiarity with contract formats (FIDIC or similar). Excellent report writing, budgeting, and technical documentation skills.
