Project Director – Civil Engineering
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Director with extensive expertise in civil engineering, particularly in high-rise building construction. The ideal candidate will lead large-scale projects in Dubai, manage cross-functional teams, ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance, and drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
-Lead planning, execution, and delivery of high-rise construction projects
-Oversee budgets, schedules, resources, and project risk management
-Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulatory requirements
-Manage and mentor project managers, engineers, and on-site teams
-Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and satisfaction
-Implement quality control processes and provide timely reporting of project progress to senior management
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
20+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering projects, with strong exposure to high-rise buildings
Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar projects from concept to completion
Strong leadership, planning, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and communication skills
