Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 25+ years of progressive experience in construction project management with proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial and residential projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management principles, contract law, and building codes. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, plan, and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring successful delivery on scope, budget, schedule, and quality. Develop and implement project execution strategies, resource plans, and risk mitigation measures. Oversee project budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting. Manage and mentor project managers, engineers, and site personnel to ensure optimal team performance. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and claims management. Monitor project KPIs, progress reports, and recommend corrective actions as needed. Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies. Lead project close-out processes including final inspections, commissioning, and handovers.
