Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to drive the successful delivery of strategic AI and digital transformation initiatives across our organization.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and technology projects from inception to production
Develop comprehensive project roadmaps, timelines, and resource allocation plans
Manage cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
Implement agile methodologies and best practices for AI project delivery
Mitigate risks and resolve blockers to maintain project momentum
Report progress to senior leadership and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

8+ years in project/program management, with 3+ years leading AI/ML projects
Proven track record of successfully delivering AI solutions in production environments
Strong experience developing and presenting strategic roadmaps
Banking or financial services experience highly preferred
PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification preferred
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA is a plus

Technical Knowledge

Understanding of AI/ML project lifecycles and deployment challenges
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Knowledge of data governance and regulatory requirements in banking
