Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Cost Control Engineer
to monitor, analyze, and control project costs to ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets while maintaining financial accuracy and compliance.Key Responsibilities:
Monitor project budgets, costs, and expenditures Prepare cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis Track commitments, invoices, and variations Coordinate with project teams, procurement, and finance departments Assist in budget preparation and cost planning Identify cost risks and recommend corrective actions Ensure proper cost coding and documentation Support monthly financial closing and management reporting
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Finance, or related field 3-7 years of experience in cost control (UAE experience preferred) Strong knowledge of cost control systems and reporting Proficient in MS Excel (advanced level preferred) High attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Pay: AED9,000.00 - AED11,000.00 per month
